Job Description

We are looking for an Assembly Fitter for machine assembly, mechanical fitting, SS tubing, silicon tubing, fabrication support, testing support, and daily reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mechanical assembly of machines as per drawing and instructions.
  • Fitting of frames, panels, chambers, tanks, pumps, motors, valves, pipes, and machine parts.
  • SS tube cutting, bending, routing, fitting, and leak-proof connection.
  • Silicon tubing cutting, routing, clamping, and proper connection.
  • Drilling, tapping, grinding, cutting, filing, and basic fabrication work.
  • Pipe fitting, tube fitting, flange fitting, gasket fitting, and leak-proof assembly.
  • Checking alignment, tightening, finishing, and proper fitment of parts.
  • Supporting machine testing, leakage checking, trial, and final inspection.
  • Informing material shortages, fitting issues, or drawing mistakes.
  • Following safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
