Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join Souffle Gourmet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure a delightful café experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages as per standard recipes
• Operate coffee machines and ensure proper maintenance of equipment
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of beverages
• Take customer orders accurately and provide prompt service
• Ensure a welcoming and friendly environment for customers
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and café premises
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
• Handle billing and cash transactions (if required)
• Support team members during busy hours and ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass
• Prior experience in a café or F&B industry preferred (Freshers can apply)
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Salary:

Up to ₹15,000/- (Based on experience)
