Job Description
Manage and handle online sales across e-commerce platforms.
Upload and update product listings on the website.
Maintain accurate product details, pricing, descriptions, and images.
Process and track customer orders.
Monitor inventory and coordinate stock updates.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders.
Track website performance and online sales.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns.
Ensure the website is updated with the latest products and offers.
Prepare sales reports and maintain records of online transactions.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales.
Good computer and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Experience with website product management is an advantage.
