WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Recruit and onboard Instamart delivery partners
Field sourcing and candidate follow-ups
Create rider IDs and complete onboarding process
Explain incentives, policies and earnings to candidates
Achieve daily & weekly hiring targets
Maintain reports and documentation
Coordinate with operations team
