Job Description

HIRING: Floor Manager / Supervisor

Manufacturing & Assembly Unit — Vasai


We are looking for a reliable and experienced Floor Manager / Supervisor to oversee daily production operations at our manufacturing and assembly unit in Vasai.


📍 Location: Vasai (candidates from Vasai or Nallasopara preferred)

⏰ Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and manage floor workers to ensure smooth production

• Monitor daily output, quality, and attendance

• Handle Material Inward and Outward

• Resolve on-floor issues promptly and efficiently


REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience

• Prior experience as a floor supervisor or team leader preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/Gujarati)

• Must be punctual, responsible, and able to handle a team

• Candidates residing in Vasai or Nallasopara only


Immediate joining preferred.
