We deliver highly engineered, reliable cleaning solutions to diverse industrial sectors. We are expanding our sales infrastructure and looking for a driven, detail-oriented engineer to power our pre-sales operations.

The Role We are seeking an Inside Sales and Applications Engineer to be the operational backbone of our sales team. You will manage the critical backend processes that move a deal from an initial inquiry to a final, ready-to-sign quotation. You will also take hands-on responsibility for conducting in-house cleaning trials for client components, proving our technology’s effectiveness. Additionally, you will independently drive revenue by managing smaller ticket sales, such as standard machines, spare parts, and chemical consumables.

Key Responsibilities

• Proposal & Quotation Generation: Draft accurate, professional technical and commercial quotations based on the requirements gathered by the senior sales team.
• Application Testing: Conduct hands-on cleaning trials on client sample components at our facility. Document the process, parameters, and results clearly to help the sales team close the deal.
• Institutional Sales Administration: Manage the meticulous paperwork required for government tenders and corporate vendor registrations.
• Inside Sales & Follow-ups: Independently manage and close smaller inquiries (standard equipment, spare parts, and cleaning chemicals). Conduct systematic follow-ups on pending quotations.
• Sales CRM & Data Tracking: Ensure all client interactions, test results, and inquiry statuses are accurately logged in the company system.

What We Are Looking For

• 0 to 2 years of experience. Fresh graduates with high drive are welcome to apply.
• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical) or a B.Sc degree.
• Excellent written communication skills for drafting professional emails and proposals.
• High attention to detail—crucial for tender documents and technical quotations.
• A hands-on mindset; you must be willing to work on the shop floor to conduct cleaning tests.

Compensation & Location

• Salary: ₹2,00,000 to ₹3,50,000 CTC per annum, plus performance incentives on closed inside sales (spares/chemicals).
• Location: Vasai, Maharashtra (Candidates residing on the Western line from Borivali to Virar will be prioritized).
• Schedule: Full-Time.
