We are currently hiring for the role of a Logistic Executive with a Leading firm based in Mumbai.

Designation: Logistics Executive

Experience: 3–4 Years

Location: Vasai

Qualification: Graduate

Dayshift wIth Sunday fixed off

Salary: Upto 35k max

Male candidates only

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily logistics and transportation operations
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and vendors for timely dispatch & delivery
• Monitor vehicle movement, route planning, and delivery schedules
• Maintain log books, fuel records, PODs, and transport documents
• Handle billing support, freight verification, and invoice follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with vehicle documents, permits, insurance, and statutory norms
• Prepare and submit daily / weekly MIS reports
• Resolve delivery issues, delays, and operational escalations
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and accounts teams
• Key Skills Required:Strong knowledge of logistics and transport operations
• Good coordination and vendor management skills
• Proficient in MS Excel (basic to intermediate)
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Qualification:Graduate (any stream preferred)
