Role SummaryThe Mechanical Service Engineer will be responsible for installation,

commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of homogenizer machines

and related mechanical systems at customer sites. The role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities1. Installation & Commissioning

·       Install and set up new machinery at customer sites

·       Configure equipment according to operational standards

·       Ensure machines are running efficiently after installation

2. Maintenance & Repair

·       Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on industrial machinery and mechanical systems

·       Repair mechanical components and ensure proper functioning of equipment

3. Troubleshooting

·       Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic faults

·       Identify root causes and implement corrective actions

4. Field Service Support

·       Travel to client locations to provide technical service and support

·       Train customers on proper machine operation and maintenance

5. Customer Support

·       Respond to customer service requests and technical inquiries

·       Maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication

6. Documentation & Reporting

·       Maintain detailed service reports and maintenance records

·       Update technical documentation and service logs

·       Provide feedback to internal teams for product improvement

7. Safety Compliance

·       Follow company safety policies and industry safety standards

·       Ensure all service activities comply with health and safety regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications·       Diploma / Degree in

Mechanical Engineering or related field

·       1–3 years of experience in service engineering, maintenance, or industrial machinery

·       Strong knowledge of mechanical

systems, hydraulic systems, and industrial equipment

·       Good problem-solving

and troubleshooting skills

·       Ability to work independently

and travel to customer sites

·       Strong communication

and customer handling skills

·       Knowledge of service

tools, diagnostic equipment, and safety procedures
