Production Manager

Job Title: Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Production Manager to oversee end-to-end production operations and vendor coordination for our growing consumer products business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor production planning and execution across multiple factories and vendor partners

- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and factories to ensure timely production and dispatch

- Follow up on production schedules, timelines, sampling, and quality control

- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external production partners

- Track inventory, raw materials, packaging, and production status

- Resolve production delays and operational issues proactively

- Maintain quality standards and ensure products meet company specifications

- Prepare production reports, costing updates, and delivery timelines

- Work closely with sourcing, logistics, and design teams for seamless execution

Requirements:

- Prior experience in production management, sourcing, or factory coordination

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple vendors and production timelines simultaneously

- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability

- Experience in consumer goods, lifestyle products, drinkware, homeware, or related industries preferred

- Proficiency in Excel and production tracking systems is a plus
