Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching

Job description

What you’ll do

1) Assigning Job role as per Work order

2) Manage and run production parts as per order

3) Inspect and test equipment before every process and final Dispatch

4) Vendor Management

5) Establish daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

6) Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

7) Prepare and submit performance reports

Requirements

1. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

2. Adaptability and willingness to learn.

3. Strong attention to detail and precision.

4. Proven experience as a fitter.

5. Problem-solving skills and adaptability.

6. Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

7. Inspect finished welds and assembled components for quality, making necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.

8. Adhere to safety protocols.

9. Finding practical solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
