Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and organized Sales & Admin Coordinator to support our sales and operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating with clients and vendors, preparing quotations, managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:-

Sales CoordinationAttend incoming customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.

• Schedule client meetings and site visits for the sales team.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain customer databases and sales records.
• Track leads and ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and vendors for project updates.
• Administrative ResponsibilitiesManage office documentation and filing systems.
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and basic reports.
• Maintain records of client contracts, payments, and project status.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
• Handle routine office correspondence and communication.
• Support management with day-to-day administrative activities.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Good customer handling and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation.
• Experience with CRM software will be an added advantage.
• Educational QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
• Diploma or certification in Administration, Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be preferred.
