Job Description

The Pastels Studio is looking for a Business Development Executive to generate interior design and renovation projects in Vasai, Virar, Mumbai, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads for residential interior design and renovation projects.
  • Meet builders, brokers, society members, and homeowners.
  • Build relationships with channel partners and referral sources.
  • Follow up with inquiries and maintain lead records.
  • Schedule client meetings for the design team.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in sales, real estate, insurance, banking, or marketing preferred.
  • Must be comfortable with field work.
  • Own two-wheeler preferred.

Salary: ₹12,000–15,000 + Attractive Incentives


Incentives will be paid based on qualified leads, client meetings, and projects converted.
