Telesales Executive

Inquiry Management

• Handle customer inquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, email, website, IndiaMART, and social media platforms.

• Understand customer requirements and collect all necessary technical information.

• Maintain proper records of inquiries and customer communications.

Quotation & Proposal Support• Prepare and send quotations, catalogs, machine layouts, and technical documents.

• Coordinate with technical and management teams for pricing and machine specifications.

• Maintain quotation records and revision history.

Customer Follow-up

• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding quotations, technical discussions, samples, and order status.

• Track inquiry progress and update the sales pipeline.

• Build strong customer relationships and improve conversion rates.

Coordination• Coordinate between customers, sales team, purchase department, production team, and dispatch department.

• Ensure timely communication and smooth execution of orders.

Sales Administration

• Maintain customer database and CRM records.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Track pending quotations, follow-ups, and order status.

• Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials.

Lead Generation Support• Research potential customers and industries.

• Identify new business opportunities through online platforms, directories, exhibitions, and social media.

• Maintain lead databases for future marketing activities.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
