Job Description

Plan and prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as per the menu. Maintain food quality, taste, and hygiene standard's.

Monitor food stock and inform management about required groceries and supplies.

Ensure proper use of gas, electricity, and water to avoid unnecessary expenses.

Maintain discipline and professional behavior in the kitchen.

Cooperate with hostel management during inspections and special events.

Follow all hostel rules and regulations
