ATM Custodian – Job Description (Chennai)
Position: ATM Custodian
Location: Chennai
Department: Banking Operations / Cash Management

Job Summary
ATM Custodian is responsible for safe cash handling, ATM cash loading/unloading, cash reconciliation, ATM monitoring, and ensuring compliance with security procedures. The role involves field visits to ATM locations and coordination with branch and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload cash in ATMs as per schedule.
Verify cash count and reconcile ATM balances.
Maintain daily cash records and reports.
Monitor ATM functionality and report issues.
Attend ATM service calls and basic troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with security and SOP guidelines.
Report cash shortages, excesses, or discrepancies immediately.
Coordinate with supervisors, branch staff, and operations teams.
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates can also apply).
Freshers can apply.
Basic knowledge of cash handling and banking operations preferred.
Good communication and record-keeping skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license may be required for field operations.
