Business Development Manager – Job Description

Location: Vellore

  • Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies to promote EdTech programs.
  • Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
  • Handle student counseling and convert leads into enrollments.
  • Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with colleges and educational institutions for promotional activities.
  • Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops.
  • Maintain lead databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly admission and business targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for successful campaign execution.


Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate (MBA/Marketing preferred).

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing.

Target-oriented mindset.

Willingness to travel locally if required.
