Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary

Well & Wall Interiors is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Executive to manage on-site interior execution activities. The candidate will be responsible for material checking as per design, coordinating with carpenters, explaining 2D drawings, maintaining daily progress reports, scheduling site activities, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting smooth project handover.

Fresh graduates with strong coordination skills and interest in interior site management are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities (15 Points)

1.     Supervise day-to-day interior site execution activities.

2.     Check materials as per approved design before installation.

3.     Coordinate with the design team to understand 2D drawings clearly.

4.     Explain 2D drawings and specifications to carpenters and workers.

5.     Plan and follow up on daily and weekly work schedules.

6.     Ensure work is executed as per approved layout and quality standards.

7.     Maintain Daily Progress Report (DPR) and activity updates in R-DASH + WhatsApp.

8.     Ensure clear communication between site team, design team, and management.

9.     Conduct weekly site meetings and provide basic training/guidance to workers.

10. Monitor work quality and reduce execution errors.

11. Track project timelines and ensure on-time completion.

12. Coordinate with clients during site visits and provide updates.

13. Ensure client satisfaction at the time of project handover.

14. Verify work progress for carpenter payment processing.

15. Maintain site discipline, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Required Skills

Qualification

·        Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management

·        Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of site experience preferred

Salary

·        ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
