Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare sales, purchase, payment, and receipt vouchers.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and company ledgers.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances (as applicable).
- Generate invoices and monitor customer payments.
- Maintain vendor accounts and process supplier payments.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Verify bills, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist management with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and MIS reports.
