Required AGM - Civil & Industrial | Construction Company | Vijayawada
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 10+ years in residential, commercial, industrial, and warehouse projects
Compensation: ₹18 LPA to ₹24 LPA CTC
Location: Vijayawada
Joining:Immediate joiner preferred
Job Descriptions:
- End-to-end project management of warehouses, factories, and residential buildings with MEP services
- Structural consultancy for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
- Value engineering, project coordination, and PMC roles
- Overall project planning, tracking, and timely delivery
- Single-point coordination with client, drawing consultants, and contractors ensuring built-to-suit requirements
- Bill verification, checking, and certification of contractor payments
