Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Invoice & Billing ManagementGenerate accurate and timely sales invoices for B2B and B2C customers for product lines
  • Verify purchase orders (POs), delivery challans, and order confirmations before raising invoices
  • Ensure all invoices are raised as per agreed pricing, discounts, and payment terms
  • Maintain and update the invoice register on a daily basis
  • Handle credit note and debit note issuance in cases of returns, corrections, or price adjustments
  • Coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team to align billing with actual product dispatch
  • GST Billing & ComplianceApply correct HSN codes and GST rates (CGST/SGST/IGST) on all invoices as per product category
  • Generate E-Way Bills and E-Invoices under GST regulations for a
