Job Description – Business Development Manager (BDM)
Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing key clients, and expanding market presence for smart home automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, channel partners, and customers
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Prepare proposals, quotations, and close high-value deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Prepare regular sales and performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3–5 years of experience in business development or sales (automation/electronics preferred)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Leadership and team-handling ability
Willingness to travel extensively for field work

Role Overview
The BDS will focus on lead generation, client acquisition, and supporting the sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
Approach potential customers and explain smart home automation solutions
Conduct site visits and assist in product demonstrations
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
Maintain customer data and CRM records
Support the BDM in achieving sales targets
Provide feedback on customer requirements and market demand
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Comfortable with extensive field work
Job Description – Field Sales Executive (Men Only)
Role Overview
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for on-ground sales activities, customer visits, and promoting smart home automation products directly to end customers.
Key Responsibilities
Perform 100% field work including door-to-door and site-based sales
Visit prospective customers and explain products and services
Conduct basic product demos and coordinate technical support if required
Collect customer requirements and share with office team
Close sales and collect necessary documentation
Maintain daily field activity and visit reports
Ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Any Degree
Prior field sales experience preferred
Good communication skills in Telugu and basic English
Must own a two-wheeler (preferred)
Highly energetic, disciplined, and result-driven
