Role: Collection Telecaller
Location: Secunderabad
Job Description:
- Responsible for collecting pending dues from customers such as loan payments and credit card outstanding amounts
- Follow up with customers for timely payments
- Maintain proper records of calls and payment updates
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of collections
- Must be fluent in Telugu and English
- Ability to handle customers professionally
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 + Incentives
