Job Description
Branch Customer Care Executive Associate Will be Trained is a training program at Muthoot Branches on job Training of both practical and theoretical knowledge provided throughout the Internship.
1. Ensure 100 Plus Tele Calling every day and Pitching Customer for Pitching New customer for Gold Loans
2. Gold Loan Lead Generation through Talking to Branch Inactive Existing Database and Open Market Gold loan Customers only and ensure the conversion.
3. Coordinate with different Branch staff and managers for closure.
4. Supervising day to day operations in the customer service department
