Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Customer Interaction: Handle incoming and outgoing customer queries effectively via phone, chat, or email.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide prompt, accurate solutions to customer inquiries regarding banking, financial services, and insurance products.
  • Process Management: Maintain accurate conversation records and update candidate/customer information in the system.
  • Quality & Targets: Adhere to quality guidelines, operational standards, and target timelines.


Requirements & Skills


  • Education: Graduate degree (Required).
  • Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates.
  • Language & Communication: Good English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Skills Preferred: Voice Process, Domestic/International BPO experience, Non-Voice/Chat/Blended processes.
