Job Summarywe are looking for a Desktop Support Executive to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, software, and network-related issues. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve system-related problems.
• Install and update operating systems and application software.
• Configure email accounts, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Monitor system performance and ensure timely maintenance.
• Maintain records of IT assets and support activities.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and equipment replacement.
• Ensure data security and follow company IT policies.
• Required Skills
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, LAN, and Wi-Fi.
• Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eligibility
• B.Tech, B.Sc (Computers), BCA, Diploma in Computer Science, or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in desktop support or IT support.
