Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled DTP Operator to prepare, type, format, and design study materials, question papers, brochures, notices, posters, and other educational content. The candidate should have good typing speed, formatting knowledge, and experience in Telugu and English typing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and format study materials, question papers, notes, handouts, and assignments.
• Type content in Telugu and English accurately.
• Design and format brochures, pamphlets, posters, and other printing materials.
• Work on page layout, alignment, font styles, spacing, and document presentation.
• Coordinate with faculty, content team, and printing team for material preparation.
• Check typed content for spelling mistakes, formatting errors, and alignment issues.
• Maintain soft copies and final print-ready files properly.
• Complete assigned DTP work within deadlines.
• Support urgent printing and documentation work whenever required.
• Ensure all documents are neat, professional, and error-free.

Required Skills:

• Telugu and English typing skills.
• Good knowledge of DTP software like PageMaker, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or MS Word.
• Basic knowledge of document formatting and page layout.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Proofreading and correction skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge and file management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in educational institutions, printing work, study material preparation, or publishing field will be preferred.
• Should be responsible, disciplined, and quick to complete assigned work.
• Should be able to coordinate with different departments.
• Telugu typing experience is mandatory/preferred as per requirement.
