To monitor vitals of inpatients, inform the vitals parameters, diagnostic investigation to concern senior doctor. Entry in details of each & every patient. Informing consultants about patient's admission, abnormal reports & progress. Duty doctor provides immediate medical care, assesses patients, diagnoses conditions, and administers treatment. They respond to medical emergencies, collaborate with healthcare teams, and maintain.
- Performing physical examinations,consultations and pre - post operative care.
- Provide administer medication and immediate treatment.
- performing diagnostic tests
- Recommending specialist for patients
