Executive Sales

Job Title: Executive Sales – Financial Services

Job Purpose:

To drive sales and business development activities for Financial products by acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Identify and approach prospective investors for investments.
• Conduct client meetings, explain various Financial services and recommend suitable products based on client needs.

1. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide after-sales service, including portfolio reviews and updates.
• Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly.

1. Sales & Reporting

• Maintain client records, sales reports, and transaction details.
• Report daily/weekly sales activities to the manager.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

1. Promotional Activities

• Organize and participate in investor awareness programs, seminars, and client meetings.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and digital outreach activities.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Sales and negotiation abilities
• Good knowledge of investment products
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduates (preferably in Finance, Commerce, Arts or Business)/M.B.A. or M.COM
• 0–3 years of experience in sales/financial services (preferred, fresher’s with certification can also apply)
