Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Description:

A Field Collection Executive is responsible for visiting customers at their locations to collect outstanding loan payments, debts, or dues. The role involves negotiating repayment plans, collecting payments through cash or digital modes, maintaining accurate collection records, and ensuring a professional customer experience while achieving recovery targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers and follow up on overdue payments.
• Negotiate and arrange repayment schedules.
• Collect payments through approved cash and digital methods.
• Update collection records and reports accurately.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and resolve payment-related queries.
• Meet monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Follow company policies and compliance guidelines during collections.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
• Ability to work in the field and travel within assigned areas.
