Job Title: Field Sales Executive

• Other Metro and Non-Metro Cities across Andhra Pradesh

Candidates should be willing to work in any of the above locations or be open to relocation.

• Mandatory Eligibility Criteria:Age should be below 28 years.
• Graduate in any discipline (No active backlogs).
• Minimum 1 year of Field Sales experience or MBA Fresher is mandatory.
• Candidates with experience in FMCG or the Paint Industry will be preferred. However, candidates from other industries with relevant field sales experience are also eligible to apply.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Key Responsibilities:Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, dealers, and distributors.
• Identify and acquire new customers to expand business.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and market coverage.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
• Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
