Job Description
Driver Sourcing & Outreach: Pitch Porter’s services, earning potential, and benefits to commercial vehicle drivers and owners across designated on-ground zones, transport hubs, or transport nagars.
KYC & Document Verification: Guide prospects through the registration process, verify original documents (Driving License, RC, Aadhaar, PAN), and process their application.
Training & App Setup: Educate new driver-partners on how to use the Porter Driver App, understand order flows, and manage their earnings.
Activation & Retention: Ensure newly onboarded drivers take their first few trips and provide necessary support so they remain active on the platform.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for vehicle attachment and partner onboarding
