Job Description

Position: Fleet MIS Executive – Fuel, Mileage & Maintenance (Advanced Excel Mandatory)

Location: Vijayawada

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.

Candidates must be proficient in Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting, and MIS preparation. Candidates without strong Excel knowledge should not apply.

  • Job Responsibilities Maintain vehicle-wise fuel consumption records and monitor fuel efficiency.
  • Track daily and monthly vehicle mileage (KM) and prepare analytical reports.
  • Maintain complete fleet MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.
  • Track tire running kilometers and generate tire interchange/rotation reminders after every 10,000 km.
  • Maintain records of tire replacements, repairs, retreading, and tire performance.
  • Monitor vehicle breakdowns and maintain vehicle repair and service records.
  • Maintain records of insurance, permits, fitness certificates, pollution certificates, and other statutory compliance requirements.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports on fuel consumption, mileage, maintenance expenses, tire performance, and vehicle utilization.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, record maintenance, and timely updating of fleet records.
  • Eligibility: Any graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., or equivalent).
  • 1–3 years of experience in fleet management, transport operations, logistics, MIS reporting, or vehicle maintenance coordination.
  • Freshers with excellent Advanced Excel skills may also apply.
