Work Title: Franchisee Sales Managers (Freshers-Trainee- Independent Entrepreneur-Commission Based-Not Salary Based)

Professional Work Summary

We're seeking a motivated Office Admin Entrepreneur to manage daily operations at our Hyderabad Kukatpally head office while spearheading PAN India business franchise development. This commission-based role rewards results—develop franchises, generate leads, and scale our verticals to unlock earnings up to ₹80,000+ monthly. Ideal for self-starters passionate about entrepreneurship, no fixed salary but unlimited upside through performance-driven commissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle office administration: Manage scheduling, client coordination, documentation, and daily operations at the Hyderabad head office.
  • Drive PAN India franchise development: Identify, pitch, and onboard business partners/franchisees across major cities.
  • Lead business generation in core verticals: HR recruitments/staffing, website development, CRM implementation, team digital marketing, print-electronic media consultancy, legal services (income tax, GST), accounts/taxation, and government subsidy loans.
  • Conduct outreach: Prospect clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp Business, and networking events; close deals and nurture long-term partnerships.
  • Track performance: Use CRM tools to monitor leads, conversions, and revenue; report weekly to head office.
  • Collaborate with teams: Support cross-functional projects in recruitment, digital marketing, and compliance services.
  • Contribute to growth: Innovate processes for rural/urban expansion, leveraging AI tools and digital platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: Any graduate (Inter, BA, BSc, B.Com, MA,M.Com, MSc, Law Students, BBA, or CA-intermediate preferred); strong business acumen essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication (English + Telugu/Hindi), Business Promotions/negotiation, basic MS Office/CRM proficiency; familiarity with digital marketing or HR tools a plus.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, target-oriented; comfortable with commission-only structure.
  • Location: Based in Hyderabad (Kukatpally); willingness to serve dedicatedly.
  • Other: Own laptop/smartphone; reliable transport for local outreach.
