We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager for our construction company to oversee all human resources functions and ensure efficient management of our workforce across project sites. The HR Manager will handle recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll processing, statutory compliances, and implement company policies. Key responsibilities include sourcing and shortlisting candidates as per project requirements, maintaining accurate employee records, managing attendance and payroll, and ensuring compliance with PF, ESI, and labour laws. The candidate should facilitate new employee induction, promote staff engagement, address grievances, and foster a positive work culture. Effective communication, documentation, and negotiation skills in English and local languages are essential. Prior experience in HR management within the construction or infrastructure sector is preferred. The role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and keen attention to employee welfare programs. A degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is required; MBA or similar postgraduate qualification is desirable. The HR Manager will report directly to the management and play a key role in supporting project execution and staff coordination. Enthusiasm, integrity, and a commitment to best HR practices are vital for success in this role.
