Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.  Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.  Screen resumes and conducts telephonic and face-to-face interviews.  Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.  Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.  Negotiate salary and issue of offer letters to selected candidates.  Follow up with candidates until joining and ensure a smooth onboarding process.  Maintain the recruitment tracker, candidate database, and hiring reports.  Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.  Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.  Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and walk-in recruitment events.  Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
