Human Resource Manager

Job Description

This is a full-time corporate office opportunity. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee management, performance tracking, and organizational development to ensure smooth HR operations aligned with company goals.

Role overview & Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (especially sales and site staff)
• Develop HR policies and ensure compliance
• Manage employee onboarding and exit processes
• Monitor employee performance and appraisals
• Maintain attendance, payroll coordination, and HR records
• Handle employee relations and grievance management
• Support training and development initiatives
• Ensure discipline and workplace standards across departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
• 5–10 years of HR experience (real estate experience is a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
• Ability to handle multi-department coordination

Package

• ₹25k – ₹40k per month (based on experience)
