Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers courteously in the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery designs and collections.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Explain product details such as weight, purity, design, making charges, and offers.
- Ensure proper product display and stock arrangement in counters.
- Handle billing, sales entries, and payment collection accurately.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
- Follow showroom protocols for security, cleanliness, and stock handling.
- Coordinate with the showroom team for smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewellery trends, gemstones, and gold rates.
- Assist in stock counting, tagging, and inventory management when required.
