Job Description
Scrutinize legal documents related to loans, mortgages, and agreements.
Conduct legal verification of property documents for secured loans.
Draft, review, and vet legal notices, agreements, affidavits, and other legal documents.
Coordinate with advocates, courts, and government authorities on legal matters.
Handle recovery-related legal proceedings and support collection teams.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain legal records, case files, and documentation.
Provide legal opinions and guidance to management on various issues.
Assist in resolving disputes and managing litigation matters.
