Job Description

Loans Officer (Gold, Business & Group Loans) [1, 2, 3]

Responsibilities & Rules:

  • Source new clients for Gold Loans, Small Business Loans, and Joint Liability Groups (JLG).
  • Evaluate gold purity and assess small business financial health for creditworthiness.
  • Form and manage self-help groups to ensure collective responsibility for microfinance loans.
  • Complete accurate documentation and KYC verification before uploading files for approval.
  • Conduct field visits to secure 100% on-time monthly collections and repayments.
