Job Description
Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Job Location: Office-Based
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data records in company systems.
- Verify data accuracy and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare reports and maintain databases using Microsoft Excel.
- Organize and manage documents, files, and records efficiently.
- Perform data validation and error correction when required.
- Support administrative and operational teams with data-related activities.
Required Skills:
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel.
- Proficiency in VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Intermediate with relevant skills.
Key Requirement:
- Candidates should be capable of maintaining records and providing accurate data with high attention to detail.
