Packing And Dispatch Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a sincere, energetic, and responsible Packing & Delivery Executive to support our diagnostics and medical equipment operations. The role involves packing diagnostic kits, preparing dispatches, coordinating deliveries, maintaining stock movement records, and ensuring safe handling of medical products and instruments.

The candidate should be disciplined, physically active, organized, and willing to travel locally for deliveries and customer support when required.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPacking & DispatchPick products from inventory as per invoice/order sheet
• Pack diagnostic kits, reagents, consumables, and instruments safely
• Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and documentation of dispatches
• Verify quantity, batch number, and expiry before packing
• Prepare courier and transport dispatch materials
• Delivery & LogisticsDeliver products to laboratories, hospitals, distributors, and transport offices
• Coordinate with courier and transport agencies for dispatch tracking
• Collect acknowledgement copies and delivery confirmations
• Support urgent deliveries whenever required
• Inventory SupportAssist in loading/unloading of goods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse/store area
• Support stock counting and inventory verification activities
• Report damaged or short materials immediately
• Documentation & CoordinationMaintain dispatch registers and delivery records
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and warehouse teams
• Update dispatch status to office team regularly
• Handle basic WhatsApp communication and phone coordination
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum Qualification: 10th / Intermediate / Any Graduate
• Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred
• Basic understanding of mobile apps and WhatsApp
• Ability to read invoices and dispatch documents
• Physically fit and willing to travel locally
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude
• Preferred SkillsExperience in packing, warehouse, courier, or delivery operations
• Experience in medical, pharma, or diagnostics field preferred
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to manage time and deliveries efficiently
