Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage multiple franchise store operations

* Coordinate with franchisees on daily billing

* Guide franchisees on Inventory management

* Align franchisees to meet business requirements

* Drive sales performance & profitability

* Review KPI’s and suggest corrective actions

* Ensure SOP compliance & CCTV monitoring

* Coordinate with internal functions for issue resolution

* Handle customer escalations

Skills Required:

* Retail operations knowledge

* Franchise handling experience

* Team management & leadership

* SOP compliance & surveillance analysis

* Knowledge on Inventory & billing systems (POS/ERP)

* Communication & analytical skills
