Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
Conduct instructor-led training sessions, workshops, webinars, and boot camps.
Deliver hands-on training on digital tools, productivity applications, AI tools, coding platforms, and educational technologies.
Facilitate both online and offline learning programs.
Customise training content based on audience requirements.
Content Development
Develop training materials, presentations, assessments, and learner guides.
Create self-paced learning resources, videos, and digital content.
Update training materials regularly to align with industry trends and technology advancements.
Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with schools, colleges, universities, corporate organisations, and government departments.
Understand training requirements and recommend suitable learning pathways.
Support institutional adoption of technology solutions.
Assessment & Certification
Design and administer assessments to measure learning outcomes.
Track participant progress and provide feedback.
Support certification and credentialing initiatives.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain training records and attendance reports.
Prepare post-training reports and impact analysis.
Collect participant feedback and recommend improvements.
