Job Description
Training Delivery
- Conduct instructor-led training sessions, workshops, webinars, and boot camps.
- Deliver hands-on training on digital tools, productivity applications, AI tools, coding platforms, and educational technologies.
- Facilitate both online and offline learning programs.
- Customise training content based on audience requirements.
Content Development
- Develop training materials, presentations, assessments, and learner guides.
- Create self-paced learning resources, videos, and digital content.
- Update training materials regularly to align with industry trends and technology advancements.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with schools, colleges, universities, corporate organisations, and government departments.
- Understand training requirements and recommend suitable learning pathways.
- Support institutional adoption of technology solutions.
Assessment & Certification
- Design and administer assessments to measure learning outcomes.
- Track participant progress and provide feedback.
- Support certification and credentialing initiatives.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain training records and attendance reports.
- Prepare post-training reports and impact analysis.
- Collect participant feedback and recommend improvements.
