Job Description
1. Team Leader – 1 Vacancy (Vijayawada)
Qualification:
* B.Tech or any degree
* Minimum 3 years of experience in fiber splicing, FTTH designing, and handling all FRT activities
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Responsible for overall district O&M coordination and SLA compliance
* Supervise district teams, splicers, and helpers
* Ensure timely resolution of faults and compliance with company guidelines
* Prepare district-level reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
2. Splicer – 2 Vacancies (Vijayawada)
Qualification:
* Minimum degree or any equivalent qualification
* Minimum 2 years of experience in fiber splicing and FTTH designing
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Carry out fiber splicing, termination and OTDR testing
* Assist in re-laying faulty fiber and connecting new surveillance cameras
* Maintain material usage records (fiber, patch cords, clamps, etc.)
* Ensure fault restoration within SLA timelines
3.Helper – 2 Vacancies (Vijayawada)
Qualification:
* Minimum Intermediate or any equivalent qualification
* Minimum 2 years of experience in fiber splicing and FTTH field activities
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Assist in cable laying, dressing and looping work
* Support fault identification and patrolling activities
* Climb poles for cable fixing, sag rectification, looping and maintenance work
