Job Description
- Lead Management ,Call leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Qualify prospects and identify customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM/software.
- Education AdmissionsCounsel students regarding academic programs.
- Explain course features, fees, scholarships, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students until enrollment.
- Real Estate Sales SupportContact prospective property buyers and investors.
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales teams.
- Business DevelopmentGenerate appointments and business opportunities.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and partners.
- Conduct follow-ups through phone, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
- Customer Relationship ManagementHandle customer inquiries professionally.
- Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues when required.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Telugu and English.
- Hindi communication is an added advantage.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Preferred QualificationsIntermediate / Degree / MBA (any specialization).
