Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telecaller to handle student inquiries and drive enrollments for our Data Analyst training programs. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential students, explaining course details, and converting leads into admissions.

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads
  • Handle inbound inquiries regarding Data Analyst courses
  • Explain course structure, fees, duration, and career opportunities
  • Follow up with interested candidates regularly
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
  • Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students
