Job Title: Vice Principal
Organization: Agrani Institute of Hotel Management & Business Management
Location: Ashok Nagar, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Vice Principal to manage academic operations, admissions growth, staff coordination, and overall discipline of the institute. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and a passion for education management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day academic and administrative operations
Plan and execute admission strategies to achieve monthly targets
Manage and guide faculty, telecallers, and support staff
Ensure student discipline, attendance, and academic performance
Conduct regular meetings, training, and performance reviews
Coordinate with management for growth planning and execution
Handle parent/student counseling and issue resolution
Maintain institute standards and improve overall brand value
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 3–7 years experience in education sector (Hotel Management / Business Management preferred)
Experience in leadership roles (HOD / Coordinator / Academic Head)
Strong communication and team management skills
Ability to handle admissions and operations independently
