Job Description
Cleans the guest rooms according to the Schedule.
● Ensures that the guest preferences are met all the time.
● Picks up the service area, pantry, corridors and exit staircase on a regular basis.
● Keeps the service area, pantry and trolleys clean and tidy.
● Exchanges the linen with laundry/linen room.
● Ensure laundry, dry cleaning and pressing are delivered on time.
● Report fixtures or other items that need repair maintenance to the HK control desk.
● Report any special requirements of guests to the HK control desk.
● Report the minibar consumption to the control desk.
● Be alert of suspicious characters in the hallways and report immediately to the
desk.
● Attend the guest calls, requests /complaints in the area assigned to him.
● Seek authorization to enter inside the guest rooms for cleaning and
providing turndown services as per requirement.
● Responsible for following the standard operating procedures.
● Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score.
● Update status of rooms cleaned on the assignment sheet.
● Return and restock cart at end of shift.
● HK associate will be responsible for any guest complaints.
