Sales Leader - Solar EPC (Dehradun/Vikasnagar Region)

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building markets from the ground up? Qantum is looking for a high-ownership Sales Leader to spearhead our growth across the Dehradun region - someone who can close deals independently and build a lasting presence in a fast-moving sector.

Location Focus: Vikasnagar | Sahaspur | Herbertpur | Dehradun

Industry: Renewable Energy, Solar EPC (Residential & Commercial Projects)

What You'll Own

• Drive end-to-end sales strategy and execution for residential and commercial solar EPC projects
• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through independent initiative and on-ground effort
• Build and deepen Qantum's presence across Vikasnagar, Sahaspur, Herbertpur, and the broader Dehradun region
• Identify, pursue, and convert high-value opportunities in both residential and commercial segments
• Create a scalable, region-specific growth roadmap and execute it with full ownership
• Develop strong local networks, channel partnerships, and referral pipelines

Who You Are

• A hunter-mindset sales professional - you identify, pursue, and close with discipline and energy
• Proven track record in solar EPC sales (mandatory)
• Strong grasp of local market dynamics and customer decision-making in the region
• Experienced in direct, on-ground field sales with a bias for action
• Self-starter with high ownership; you don't wait for leads to come to you
• Persuasive communicator who builds trust quickly with diverse stakeholders

Preferred Background

• BBA / MBA or similar business-oriented qualification - useful, but not a barrier for the right candidate
• Experience working with government schemes (PM Surya Ghar, net metering, subsidies) is a strong plus
